About Physican DNA
Physician DNA was birthed from this need for fair, consistent, reliable, repeatable and objective behavioral data. To this end, we have come to find that there is a way to assess one’s behavior profile. Not only can we obtain this data, but it can be combined to form a behavioral profile that is valid, predictable and stable from age 3.
These profiles enable us to view ourselves and those around us from a fresh, new and healthy perspective. We are able to view and understand the way we are wired and how this affects our ability to communicate, interact, and accomplish tasks. Through Physician DNA we can assess you, a current business partner or future potential hire. This can be useful to build on your current strengths and better understand you or your partner’s behavioral approach to business or life and to make better more informed future hires.
The Physician DNA behavior profiles are a powerful, but never before utilized tool in the hiring or evaluation of physicians. However, it should be noted that it should not be used as the only criterion for evaluation of hiring.
